What Marvis AI is

Marvis AI is a private desk at marvis.reversal.org. It turns a rough task into one formatted output. It is not a public signup product. An email address has to be on the Marvis AI list before Google sign-in opens a desk.

Google sign-in

Sign-in asks Google for your name, your email address, and the account id Google assigns to you. Marvis AI stores those three fields and the time you last signed in. Marvis AI does not ask Google for your contacts, calendar, files, or anything beyond that sign-in profile.

A Google account that is not on the list is refused. Marvis AI does not open a desk for that account.

What you type

When you send a task, Marvis AI stores the mode, the role, any path you entered, the task text, the formatted output, and the time. If that task is saved to the ship log, Marvis AI also stores the page address, a short title, the formatted output, and whether it was marked ran.

OpenAI

Marvis AI sends the task text, the optional path, the mode, and the role to OpenAI so OpenAI can write the formatted output. OpenAI processes that text under OpenAI's own terms. Marvis AI does not send your Google password. Marvis AI never receives it.

Platform API

Some connected platforms send tasks with an API key. Marvis AI stores a hash of that key, the platform name, and the task text for the job. The raw key is not stored.

Session cookie

Marvis AI sets one session cookie so you stay signed in for 30 days. The cookie is limited to this site, is not readable by page scripts, and is sent only on HTTPS when the browser reached the site that way.

Selling data

Marvis AI does not sell account data or task text.

How long it stays

Account rows and task text stay until the person who runs Marvis AI deletes them. Ask that person if you want your rows removed.

Children

Marvis AI is a work desk. It is not for anyone under 13.
